Breast Surgery
A woman’s breasts are a defining characteristic of her femininity. Dr. Fichadia can help you feel more confident and comfortable with your breasts with the following breast surgery options:
Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation or breast enhancement can increase the size of the breasts and improve breast asymmetry. Patients have several options for their procedure, including implant placement, implant size, and implant material (silicone, saline, or gummy bear implants).
Breast Lift
A breast lift is a procedure that improves the look of sagging breasts after pregnancy, weight change, or natural aging. By lifting and resculpting the breast tissue, women can enjoy a more youthful, contoured look. A breast lift can be performed alone or in combination with breast augmentation.
Breast Reduction
If your breasts are too large for your figure and cause discomfort, a breast reduction can help. The breasts will be reduced to a size that meets your goals and maintains a natural look. A breast reduction is often combined with a breast lift to additionally shape and lift the breasts.
Breast Implant Removal
Breast implant removal can be performed for women who no longer like the look of their implants or those who have experienced an implant rupture. Breast implants can either be removed or replaced with new implants.
Gynecomastia Surgery
Gynecomastia is a medical condition that causes abnormal growth of breast tissue in men. Gynecomastia surgery, also known as male breast reduction, can help you restore a flatter, more masculine chest.
