This patient is in her late 40s and wanted improvement in abdominal contour and wanted her implants exchanged with a breast lift (mastopexy). After photos are 3 months post-op. Implants were exchanged from 400 to 350 cc implants, and from saline to silicone. She had lost 30 pounds before surgery.
