Description

This patient is a female who lost 60 pounds after gastric sleeve surgery and wanted her loose abdominal skin removed and her breasts lifted while maintaining pre-existing volume without the use of breast implants. The surgery done was an abdominoplasty with breast auto augmentation with the use of Galaflex mesh. After photos are 1 year post op.
