Description

This 41-year-old patient underwent breast implant removal due to concerns about breast implant illness. She desired replacement of some of the volume with fat grafting. She underwent 2 rounds of fat grafting, the first one with 350 cc of grafted fat on each side, followed by the second one with 315 cc of grafted fat on each side.
